The "Make Flygon Mega" foundation is a fictional foundation created and founded by yours truly.
Seriously, I was talking with my brother two days ago and said that they would do this - make megas for Salamence and Altaria and leave flygon in the dust.
If I could make this foundation I would. Thia foundation would lobby for the mega evolution of the best dragon-type pokemon, Flygon.
